Seasonal availability may necessitate thoughtful substitutions of comparable quality and aesthetic value. We approach each substitution as an opportunity to create something equally beautiful while respecting the original design intention.
If your arrangement arrives damaged during transit, significantly differs from the agreed design, or shows premature deterioration within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the situation through replacement, redesign, or appropriate credit.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, certain situations fall outside our return policy:
Natural variations in bloom size, petal count, or color intensity inherent to organic materials. Wilting or deterioration occurring more than 48 hours after delivery, as this reflects natural flower lifecycle. Subjective preferences regarding color choices, arrangement style, or aesthetic interpretation when the delivered product matches the order specifications. Delivery issues caused by incorrect recipient information, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept delivery. Care neglect including failure to follow provided maintenance instructions or placement in unsuitable environments.
When a legitimate concern is identified, we offer several resolution pathways tailored to your specific situation:
Immediate replacement: We will create and deliver a new arrangement at no additional charge, typically within 24-48 hours depending on availability and location.
Design consultation: For arrangements that don't match your vision, we schedule a consultation to understand your preferences and create a revised design.
Store credit: When replacement isn't feasible due to timing or location constraints, we provide credit toward a future order of equal or greater value.
Partial refund: In rare cases where none of the above solutions are appropriate, we may offer a partial refund reflecting the specific issue.
Custom arrangements and event florals require advance notice for any concerns due to their bespoke nature and tight timelines. For weddings, corporate events, or other scheduled occasions, we conduct final approval consultations 48-72 hours before the event. Any adjustments must be communicated during this window.
Once event florals are delivered and approved on-site, they are considered final sale, as we cannot retrieve arrangements after installation.
We make every reasonable effort to deliver within specified timeframes, but exact timing cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control including traffic, weather, and recipient availability. Delivery windows are estimates, not contractual commitments.
If the recipient is unavailable, our delivery team will attempt contact via phone. Depending on the situation and delivery instructions, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location or return it to our studio for rescheduled delivery. Additional delivery fees may apply for redelivery attempts.
When refunds are approved, processing occurs within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account, which varies by institution and payment type.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery failure was directly caused by Ghipdhik error.
To maximize the beauty and lifespan of your arrangement, we provide care instructions with every delivery. Following these guidelines significantly extends bloom vitality:
Change water daily and trim stems at an angle to enhance water absorption. Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit which releases ethylene gas. Remove wilted blooms promptly to redirect energy to fresh stems. Maintain cool room temperatures when possible, especially overnight.
Most arrangements maintain optimal appearance for 5-7 days with proper care, though longevity varies by flower variety and environmental conditions.
Orders may be cancelled or modified without penalty up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee, as arrangements are often already in production. Same-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed, as preparation begins immediately.
For event orders, cancellation policies are established during the consultation process and outlined in your service agreement.
We encourage immediate communication if any concern arises with your order. The sooner we're notified, the more effectively we can resolve the situation to your satisfaction.
